Support, repairs, and maintenance is where it all began for us, and it’s our core business. We specialise in SME but whether you have 1 PC or 100 systems, we can offer a support or maintenance contract tailored to your needs.

From one off visits to regular on-site presence, remote PC support only, helpdesk, or include server estate management, we can take care of it all. Contracts range from ad-hoc support, through regular specified works such as out of hours server and systems maintenance, to retainer-based agreements with guaranteed SLA’s for support response and call out.

We can take care of repairs on your existing hardware, support your users, even help you budget by understanding what is coming to end of life, and what can be upgraded to save you costs over purchasing new. We can manage your network, setup and install whatever hardware you need, control and monitor your traffic, and look after your WiFi, switches, firewalls, and routers. You choose what’s right for you we make sure you get exactly what you require.

Based between Glasgow and Edinburgh next to the M8 corridor, we regularly operate on-site services in a region between Perth and the Scottish Borders, however after setup we can operate a full, remotely supported service, anywhere in the UK.
